Dr. Hannah

Owner and founder of Somatic Performance Therapies, LLC. I am a St. Louis native with passions for dance, travel, reading, and Disney. I received my bachelor’s from Knox College in Dance Science and Psychology, then went on to receive my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis. I discovered my love for both physical therapy and Somatic Practices when I was severely injured in high school and never looked back.

My approach focuses on correcting movement patterns and fostering the body-mind connection. This holistic approach acknowledges mental and emotional factors that affect physical dysfunction and pain. My goal is to empower people to take control of their health and mobility in order to get back to what they love and need to do in life.

I am experienced in all western studio and social dance styles to varying degrees, Somatic Practice informed in The Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais Method, and Body Mind Centering, Movement System Impairment trained, Pelvic Health trained through Herman & Wallace, IASTM certified, and pursuing Somatic Experiencing certification.
